engine swap f22b1 to k24. need help

im looking into swapping my f22b1 for the k24, just wondering what things i need to do and buy first?
things like engine mounts, wire harness etc.

and do you know if the fire wall needs to be changed at all or will it fit without modding it.

and what other thing will i need to do or buy?

or is it worth me just keeping my f22b1?

$ isn't a problem all i want is to get Max power out of the motor no matter what it is!!!!

i have a honda accord 97 VTi (australian model) with the F22b1 V TEC - 5 speed manual. at the moment its putting out 176Kw @ front wheels.

should i continue modifying this motor or swap for the k24 and mod that?

and if i swap please help with what i need to do and buy.
