sorry dunno how to help, OP. good luck tho. i do have an idle issue as well. whenever i get to a complete stop my idle drops down to 300 RPM or so, feels like its about to stall then goes back up to...

^cool, welcome. would you be doin this to factory usdm headlights? if so the process is different as far as reflectors. you'll have to do some taping off
