In cold weather accord sticks in park?? help

Hi .. I visited this site a long time ago and found it useful but I have a question. I have a 90 accord and it sticks in Park in the cold and I can't get the key out. It takes a while for the light on the dash to turn to red in Park & then I can take the key out. I remember reading on here when I first visited that the problem would be my neutral safety switch and it would have to be replaced becuase the the grease became more of an insulator in the cold and doesn't work right.

Is it the neutral safety switch? Or am I wrong .. anyone else ever have this problem??

well i have some wat of the same problem exept not withh the key every time iam going to drive my 93 accord its really hard to shift it to drive its a auto and its har to pull it back to park i dont know if its related

i dunno if it needs to be lubricated or if there's a relay problem
