I have been using Honda's ATF. I want to try something different this time. To see if I feel any difference.

I heard Red line is good or Havoline or Chevron. These are all great oil's if you ask me.

I heard of Red line. but didn't know too much about it. Do you feel more improvement? What about the engine oil also?

With Red line oil you may notice your engine run better and your engine tempeture drop. Red line very expensive ( $12.00 canadian ) but is well worth it. If you have any leaks or you car has alot of miles on it dont use synthedic oil... it will just go right throught your seals. For more info on any of these oils just contact a performance store in your area that has it in stock and they can give you more detail on it that i can. Good luck.

I have 170,000 miles on my car. So you think I shouldn't use Synthetic oil? But I do run my car engine pretty hard.

Well if it does not leak oil you can try Red line, but if it leaks after putting Red line into it try a 50% synthedic oil. I noticed theres not to much people on this board anymore ( pretty dead latley ) Im a member of a lot of import and domestic sites. If any of you guys are looking for a sweet site that has the best of both have a worlds join or just look around in http://www.performance-shop.com/yabbse/index.php#8 there are lots of import and domestic guys in this board so any questions you have about your car im sure the guy's in this board can give you a lot of info on what you need to know, Plus they have tons of cool videos. :D

Hey thanks for your help. I think I am going to try the Castrol GTX Half Synthetic oil. I have a leak in my engine it is coming out the crank seal. But I figure that I am going to drive a few more thousand miles on my car and then rebuild my engine. or I am really thinking about H22 swap from like a 92-97 Prelude.

I get my car back tomorrow, havent driven it with the h22 in it yet. I'll let you know how it is if you are looking to really swap motors. So far the mech. said the bottom end is really strong, he has a civic hatchie with an ITR motor for comparison
