Why cant I find aftermarket bushings for my car. Nor motor mounts/inserts. Anyone know anything I don't?

ok, Ive been doing some thinking and I'm wondering how similar the F22 mounts are when compared to the F23 motor mounts. Also since I cant seem to find Aftermarket polyurethane motor mounts, what could I/ should I use to fill a set of oem mounts to stiffen them up. I read somewhere that window sealant/caulk will work but im kind of weiry about it. Thanks, any info would be helpful.
