it will work. you might be able to find one for around 1g with some luck but it runs about close to $2000. Here
some ebay and other sites.

things you will need are a prefer a 95 prelude or jdm accord motor wiring harness and ecu. if the car is a auto and want to swap to five speed you will need the rear trans mount, and will need clutch cables and clutch fluid lines along with clutch master cylinder. the drives side mount will need to be modified because the accords doesn't fit nor does the ludes. some trimming of the mount is need or have a custom one made up. some wires will need to be lengthend and some wires will need to be run for the vtec solinoid, knock sensor, vtec pressure switch. use the accords wiring harness most of the connectors are the same but some will need to be changed. use a pick and remove the connector and use the connector from the lude. the map sensor will need to be mounted on the fire wall and a wire run to it. its alot of little things that need to get done but its very doable. will take a good shop that never did this swap be4 3-5days. its very easy to screw this up so be careful on the swap. hasport sells a accord sub harness that will essentiallay make the swap and drop and plug in install but its kinda pricey but hey they do all the hard work for u. make sure you get the right ecu with the motor.
