If you don't mind me asking, but where you do all work at?

I am currently unemployed and just work with my dad off and on, but I don't consider it a job because the pay is shit and barely gets me enough money to go buy a candy bar.

I read on here about how some of you have all these awesome upgrades to your cars and just am curious as to what your job is if you work. Thanks! :D

pizza delivery driver............. its sucks... but i bring home 35bucs a night on avg, cash. not bad for only working 4hrs... about $9-10/hr

I work at this manufacturing place part time, 20 hours a week. Pay is $7.55 per hour but when I pay for insurance and buy gas and shit I barely can save anything for my car. Thats why I am dropping out of college cause its a waste of damn time and starting to work full time. This is my second and last semster, college sux. :mad:

Working my ass off in college. During off season I work , well Imnot sure right now. The plan is to work at the same body shop Ive been working at but everytime I say Ill be working at one place I end up not working there. Pays about 250 a week, 350 if I get paid half way through the week and my boss forget that he gave me 100 already and pays me full on friday. Whatevers cleva

i handle Hardware/tool retail sales and purchase orders for Sears. pay can be anywhere from 11 to 20 bucks an hour depending on my sales. im part time (they schedule me like a full timer) and i go to school

well im a mechanic at a independent shop and make 9$hr but if i go over my 40hrs on i get flat rate and get mooolllllaaaaaa. i make about 90$-150$ a day on average. in the summer i make alot of money while all u guys are at the beach im slaving making that paper. i might be changing jobs due to my schooling which make me do a internship at a dealer and i have been in contact with lexus of manhattan and will see what there about.Oh yeah my shops not big but we have alot of loyal customers that are rich!!! so i get the drive some pretty high end cars around on test drives. lets see things that i thought are fast 00 X5 4.4 took it to 120mph but had to get off the park way, 94 benz e320 alot faster they it looks did about 115mph, bmw 330 vert that bitch is fast and handles liek a dream. theres so many to list. one of my favorites was a 1980 944 porsche turbo. with 14k on it wow. didn't drive to fast wit hit but i did get into the KKK turbo and when that thing spooled up it pushed u back hard

One of my homies is a correctional officer working at the Folsom Prison in Cali. He works with lvl 4 inmates (basically lifer's and death row). However he traveled to the american side and bought a 01 Camaro SS. He put in a all the bolt-ons including borla exhaust system, and a super charger. He's runnin low 10's right now (bastard).

As for me I work for the County of Sacramento doing mainly accounting and fiscal services. The pay is good, but I got a 975/month apartment, a babygirl (who will be 1 yrs old tomorrow), a woman, and a 99 AV6 that my woman wants me to hook up in the process. Yeah go figure, my girl wants me to hook up her accord like I do with mine. She eventually wants to run with our crew and be the only female on the team.

I am a classical guitar teacher and I make 30 an hour. And I rent houses, just bought my first house and got a couple renting it now. It makes me no money now but in a few years I hope to have at least 5 houses being rented and that would be nice.

discount tire, $9 hr. started a couple of weeks ago. i get 10-20% off of tires and wheels. its a fun place to work. dont know if this is universal with all discount tires, but there are 4 bays, so if you hear something other than "bay (1, 2, 3 or 4)" its code. for example, "bay 13" means hot chick in lobby

i wish i had a job. i had to quit cuz im movin, but i used to work at best buy for like 7 an hour i think. i would hope to get a job a discount tires or even another best buy there fun places to work at ive heard, adn experienced

I'm in the Army making about 3k a month. After rent, wife, kid, etc.. there is a bit of a surplus of cash for car modifications.. something the wife despises me for! Bolt-ons are the easiest parts to come by that are within reason. It takes a bit of saving for most people to add on the custom turbo set-ups and engine internal modifcations and the such. I do all of my own mechanic work, so I save quite a bit on shop fees

I work and Mercedes-benz dealership. Mechanic/testdriver. I test cars before we give them back to the customer after they are fixed. Whatever it might be. nice job, drive sweet cars, get paid 8.50 an hour.

I work in retail. Handle merchandise, load it into customer's cars. Can't complain.....make 14.50 an hour and expecting a big promotion soon.

I work at Abercrombie during the week for fun, pay sucks but its easy and i get to talk girls. Do labor work on the weekends laying carpet, tile, etc. Make about $100 a day doing that. I will be working full time doing labor this summer so i can get everything i want for my car!

I work for Safeway right now I am a bagger. I got asked to take a raise three or four times but I couldn't take it because I am still in school. Right now I make $8.40/hr and every Sundays I make $12.60/hr. I pull in an average about $260 a week. Also I get full benifits Health, Dental, and Vision health coverage.

i'll agree with you its overpriced as shit, but so is abercrombie and any other name brand store...but i get 30-40% off our clothes and my girlfriends sister works for hurley so i get mad shit from her too...its just a chill place to work and i get to hit on hot chicks all day so its all good for me.

i work part time as a caregiver to mentally diabled people and i work part time at my fiance and mines shop...it pays the bills, and i get to do the two things i love the most, build bad ass rides and help people.

I work at a Honda Dealer washing cars and moving cars from the showroom and I get paid $7.50 an hour. And I also fix computers on the side. so all in all that's where I get my income one is tax free and the other is tax deducted =(

i work at a fox staion wsjv "FOX 28" its fun i am a photographer/eitor its awesome because i get the insight on everthing and sometime get freebees but it paids $10.60 an hour sounds like a lot but i just moved out of my rents house and wow i dont know how to spend money....haha
