Converting LX to EX?

A friend of mine is thinking of getting an accord since he thinks my stock EX is the shit. lol. Well, he's come across a few 5th gen accord but they are all LX and hes stuck on wanting an EX. To my knowledge (hope im correct, if not, please criticis my ignorance) there is only a few differences between the LX and EX models.

Compared to the EX, the LX has:

F22B1 SOHC 2.2L Non-VTec Motor
[EX model has F22A1 SOHC 2.2L VTec motor]

Rear Drum breaks
[EX has rear disc breaks]

LX doesnt come stock with moon/sun roofs

I can't think of anything else which could be different other then those. If he wants all he has to do it swap the motor for a F22a1, f20b, or h22a depending on what he wants to do. Also just get the AEM rear drum to rear disc breaks bolt on coversion kit (unless there's another one im not aware of.)

Please anyone comment on this, further educate my friend and myself.

you got youre engines mixed up

ex=f22b1 sohc 2.2l vtec

dx/lx= f22b2 sohc 2.2l non-vtec

the ex models also comes wth 15" alloys wheels and abs brake system,
if you lucky it come with a stock wing, leather interior or 5 cd changer

yea.. if u are gonna drive fast.. better get ABS.... usally a 94-95 EX comes with leather seats.. cuz i have a 94 accord EX but it only has powered leather seats .. moon roof.. 15" alloy rimz.. ABS... V-tec... dual tip exhaust... anyways.. has anyone try to put an EX cat back exhaust onto a LX cuz i tink the EX has a bit larger piping.. and if u dont wanna spend too much on exhaust for now.. EX exhaust might give some gain.. never noe unless u dont it lol.. oh yea any mods.. always reset ECU each time..
