Emission code Qs

so i go to get my emissions done today and they are due today not only did they bend me over and fuck me saying i was late and smacked me with a late fee.. but i failed...

i looked around and cant find anything and i dont want to send it to a shop untill i can find out something about what is wrong....

can any1 tell me what this means its a OBDII 2001 accord 4cyl vtec

MIL ENGINE ON: PASS
MIL ENGINE OFF: FAIL
DLC TAMPERING: PASS
OBDII COMMUNICATION: PASS
MIL COMMAND STATUS: FAIL
FAULT CODES: P1705 manufactures code

ok i think i might of found it correct me if im wrong...
the P1705 is transmission concerns which explains the fault code does that mean that will cause my other things to fail and i guess that i cant find out what is wrong with the transmission untill i put it in the shop

plug in the obd2 reader in the morning when the car hasnt ran all night, clear the codes off and take it in and it should give you enough time to pass and not another code to come up.

which state is this in?

i would try that but i dont got the tool to do it.. its gay cause i know the tranny is fucked up but i got 140k miles on it 2nd motor and i dont really want to put the money into a new tranny considering it will be in the thousands if i need a new one but worst case i got the book and theres a junk yard around here that sells trannys for 80$ but you have to pull it yourself and they will lift the car for you so that might not be a bad road to look down if need be. but anyway im in Md. right outside of ocean city
