Does anyone have experience with painting Side SKirts?

i wanna paint my Side Skirt can anyone give me some advice with it

I just painted my sideskirts also. But from experience, you should take out the sideskirts if you can. Make sure you make it smooth also and sand it down. Wash it real good with alcohol, and tape around the edges. Then use primer (must) like a whole can if you want and spray the whole skirt, maybe four layers. Then when the primer dries, use your colorcode paint and paint the sideskirts. If you want the shine, use the gloss type paint. If you dont use primer, it'll last until your second car wash and peel off. Go to NAPA to have them mix your paint in a can if you cant find your color.

how much did the materials cost you?

Materials for the sideskirts were less than $25.00. I suggest use one whole can of primer and paint for each skirt.
