help with upgrades

I just bought a 1997 honda accord ex ,2.2L vetc, auto,w/cai,and exhast.

I want to know what upgrades i should get next. I wanna stay under $2000. I was told to get DC 4-2-1 headers, jet v-force chip. I also wanted to know what everyone thinks of nos for an accord and if wet or dry is better. Just list some ideas of what i should get an an estimate of the cost.

I would go with the headers and the chipped ecu. Maybe some power pulleys, throttle rotor, upgrade the ignition, etc. Personally I wouldn't run any form of nos on an accord with stock internals. A small shot probably wouldn't damage it bad but its still a risk.
