I mean how so, just bad light output? Because I heard that the ones they sell on ebay have H3 bulbs which are said to be the equivelance of fog lights! Is this true?

Iv'e heard of a couple of people modding the ones they got off ebay. They said they put Honda S2000's projectors into them. They said the output was bright as hell!

decresed overall light dispersement, and lower visability. some companies have poor ventilation properties too, so bulbs go out quicker than Von Dutch trucker hats and Punk'd

i had the black halo projectors a little while back, but got rid of them....they looked awesome w/ the jdms corners....but the light output was pretty bad, i could live with it, but it began to get annoying....yes they do come w/ h3 bulbs which are fog light bulbs....and yes many hav had troubles w/ them shorting and blowing fuses....i think most had this trouble cuz the plug on the headlight itself is pretty poorly made and the wires back out ausing them to jump and blow a fuse....i hard wired mine and didnt have a problem after that....

....now i have the jdm style headlights and they are wayyy brigher as compared....sometime id like to retro fit audi/bmw/s2000 projectors in it and add HID....but thats alot of money that i dont have right now

id recommend going with the JDM style headlights

I thought the problem with JDM lights is that the driver side headlamp puts out a wider beam of light causing other motorist to be blinded? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

actually mine is brighter on the left... its due to the wiring actually. better conductivity results in brighter output

damn....hmm i will probably get one and little bit later convert to HID, whats the cheapest HID?

The light output on mine was about the same. i have super white H3's in mine and they are just about same as my regualar headlights. i am swiching to halo ones and this might sound retarded but do the halo and 3 beam take power away from the lighting. i have h1 h3 in right now 2 beam.
which are for sale make me a offer

I got a pair of projector head lights off e-bay.. besides having to take the entire process of taking off the bumper. I love them. I think my year accord and Prelude are the only ones that require bumper removal. See the pics.
