View Full Version : Tail/Headlight Opinions...

I need all of your guys' opinions. I have a 1996 Accord LX and it's black with the chrome trim around the passenger and driver side windows. Well I want to get new tail lights and new headlights, but what I'm not sure about is whether I should buy the chrome look headlights and taillights to match the trim around the windows, or if I should buy the black taillights and headlights to match the paint job of the car.

I don't want too much chrome where the car looks TJ-ish because I am also going to have silver-finish rims. Not chrome tho. SO I don't want my car to look TJ-ish. But if I buy the black lights, I don't want my car to look too black.

I really don't want the carbon-fiber look taillights, just a black one, but that's still cool. So my question for you guys is, which do you think will look more badass on a black 96 Accord with silver rims??

I think it would look best with the black on black, but that's just my opinion.

go jdm wit the black housing in the front and just keep the back stock but take out the orange piece out of the stock back hehehehehh... that wat i think.

just black out your lights man. Cost bout 20 bux and a days worth of work. i think the stock accord light is the best looking one out there. if only it was one piece like the jdm's. if your tint that black and kinda black out the tails that'd look pimp

i agree with that other guy get JDM STYLE black housing or THE REAL JDMS, Protectors burn out pretty fast they dont look that great either ( at least to me), leave your tail light stock and take out the orange piece (its quite some work tho) or get the Jag Style taillights

What do the JDM Style headlights and Jag Style taillights look like?

Well I can't get the Jag Style Taillights cause I have a 96.

you can get jag style headlights also for 96 accord in shops

if ur gonna change em go with black i think the chrome ones kinda look cheap
