Hayame

iam looking for a coilover set that is afforable and good , i was thinking about getting the tein Basic coilover but ive found Hayame coilovers and they have a better price and claim they are better then the tein basics. does anyone have these coilovers? what are some good afforable coilover kits out there for about 600-800$$
