Help Me Plz???

I Just rebuild a engine....f22 vtec am having troble with the oil lubrication.....i put a new oil pump put am not getting the oil to move to the top of the cylinder head
or any lubrication to take take place wut wrong.... :confused:

sometimes while assembling, the little plastic caps that are put on newstuff to keep the oil channels clean are not removed.....try checking the things that were replaced that involve oil flow.

i check all of that before i starting building the motor...........i just check the whole motor i just dunno where to start at..........but there no new seals......thanks
