This whole thing started with this random guy on cardomain. I hate online fights but I hate arrogant people even more The type of person who is single minded and dosnt look at both sides. An arrogant person.
First my friend started to talk to him, if you really want to see what the whole conversation started about just go here http://www.cardomain.com/id/punkvette
So then I go there look through his stuff and basically inform him this:
punkvette why are you so Arrogant? first off I see plenty of hondas around from the 80's, even out in the country where I thought everyone would have their pontiacs, fords and chevys. I am by no means talking shit about your car, I think your car is awesome. Im not going to start some sort stupid ass message war so Im ending it by saying sorry that you cant open your eyes and realize that your not the center of the universe.
So yeah, then he comes back and replies with this
dude, im not arrogant, i just dont like stupid people. and you see so many hondas because they are over produced unlike my and other classic cars. DUH. noone seems to be able to figure that out. and you know why honda is so popular in america? its because the japanese arent proud of the honda cars, so they send them ALL here. skylines, spirit r rx-7s, and silvias are good cars, that's why they are popular in japan. my car is popular no matter what, not arrogantly putting, its FACT. people want this car, i dont know anyone who would literally kill to have a honda civic.
Then I tried to post this next stuff but I guess it was to long or just to informative for his lil guest book to comprehend so I couldnt get it posted to him there but I put it on my crazy initial_E story site.
I’m sorry that I lied saying I was just going to end it. But you say the Japanese are not proud of the cars they have built and sent here? Where did you learn this? That is a horrible assumption. The Japanese are a culture full of pride. They wouldn’t make anything if they were not proud of it. You know why you don’t see so many muscle cars, because compared to the numbers that cars are being mass produced now (example is Hondas), the muscle cars are a significant minority. Plus add about 40 years and you loose plenty more due to Mother Nature or other factors. Then you say cars such as the skyline, RX-7, and other cars that you can’t get here, that’s a load of crock too. Your right about the skyline. You can’t walk into a dealership and buy a skyline, although you can walk into an Infinite dealership and buy a car with the same motor platform and setup, only it’s under a different name. There are so many reasons why you cant easily get a skyline in the USA, just because the Japanese are not proud of them so they don’t have them sent over is BS. By the way, you do know allot of Hondas are made here in the US. Why? Let’s start with this one: it is so much more cost effective to build the car here where the main consumer is versus shipping one over. Other factors such as America’s huge highway infrastructure that enables shipping to be so easy, it’s so easy to get the product from the manufacturing point to its destination of sale. That is just another reason in giant pool of them. If you mean to tell me that Honda isn’t proud of their production operations here in the USA then wow, I don’t know what to say. Your cars a great American classic. It’s awesome. The fact that someone would kill for your car, well honestly, the sad fact is that there are people that would kill for a car; I’m not one of them. Finally, you cant base all your arguments saying that no one would kill for a Honda on that sole reason why Hondas suck and I hope you learn that the Japanese didn’t send Honda Civics (and other Hondas) over here because they're not proud of them. What is there not to be proud about a car that so many people buy? Damn need I go on?
