theres a nice selection of racing seats on racinglab.com and pretty cheap brackets too. Depends which ones you want but they got a lot of Weapon R. If your trying to find high names like sparco or bride i suggest Ebay. Its the only place you'll find those brand names for a cheaper price.

dont be cheap when it comes to suspension and seats, you get what you pay for...ie. comfort

i agree and a seat belt is a seat belt, but which do you think keeps you safer, regular or 5 point harness?

your anology doesnt apply here. it doesnt matter if the rails of your seat break in an accident your seatball is a whole seperate unit your still not going anywhere.

A properly installed 5-point harness is safer than the stock three point seat belt, and here's why :
Sit in your car with the seat belt on and the door open. lean toward the right and left. ( as far as you can go )
The shoulder strap will only keep you from going left into the door, but if you were hit from the passenger side, the top half of your body will wind up laying over into the passenger side of the car.
With A 5-point harness you are strapped in from both shoulders. The only thing you would have to worry about would be your head bobbling around like A rag doll in A serious wreck, because your body WILL not move.

you will not leave your seat your not going to slip out of the seat belt. i never said anything against a harness anyway.
edit: this is a seat thread

what about some nice RSX seats... theres some cheap ones on a car in FL.. no jk colt but what about getting seats out of a sportier car. are those usually expensive? and does anyone know what bolts up? that could be a way to get some relyable and good seats.
