You can use any turbo from any car you like. BUT some turbos will be too big ect ect and you wont be able to push enough exhaust to spool the turbo up. Mitsubishi turbos are pretty much top of the line as far as the turbo itself goes. You'd still need all the parts for an accord f22 set up, like headers for a turbo, brackets, ecu or piggy back system, and stuff like that to make the turbo work. As to why you would want to put a mitsushitsy anything in a honda beats the F out of me. In the end,it'd probably be best just to buy a complete turbo kit set up and then upgrade the trubo if you'd actually max out the turbo that came with the kit. Its best not to exceed 7 psi on a stock honda engine. Frankly a naturally aspirated engine wasnt designed to be used as a forced induction motor.

I raced an eclipse gst, intercooled, some other stuff done to it and I won, WITHOUT a turbo.
