Fan stoped working in the 1997 accord

See here is the thing i pulled into the movies and the fan was going, i whut the car off went in saw a movie then when i came out and turned the car on the fan didnt work... nothing... i checked all the fuses and all of them are fine... now previously the switches that switch from defrost to floor to stright out/air controls had stoped working and its stuck on floor... so yeah any help to fix both problem would be apreciated...

Might be a relay. Isnt there a relay for the fan, check that. Dunno.

see heres all you need to do to check your cooling system in your car.... you need to check whats known as the 2-55. two windows down at 55 mph and you'll get a hell of a breeze...haha. i had an 89 jaguar xj6 that actually had the same problem and it turned out that the valve or whatever you want to call it that switched where the air came out (defroster, feet, face, etc.) had gone bad and closed all of the vents so i couldnt get any air.

does it sound like the fan is even trying or is there no reaction when you turn it on?
