After 5 years, my car will finally see its first upgraded component! :bounce: I just bought a cold air intake, and it should arrive late this coming week or next week. Im gonna shoot some before and after pics, and i'll tell ya how it goes! BTW... anyone know of any dynos in Memphis? Im not expecting much gain, but I would like to see how much it improves...

depending on your car, you can get anywhere from a 3 to 8 percent increase in real hp
i'd wait to do the dyno after the full i/h/e

alrighty, finally got my intake in last night and installed it today! bit of a pain in the ass though. accelleration feels much smoother, and it feels a bit more powerful, mostly once i hit 3500+ RPM. id say my favorite part is the nice deep tone i get when i hit the gas! i'll have some pics up soon, but i tell ya those ebay intakes are great bang for the buck!

There's a place on Elmore Rd off of Covington Pike called Dynospeed where you can get it dynoed for I think $65. Thats just for dyno no tuning.
