I got my adjustables and I only put the rear in first. I wanted to see just how much a difference they made on each setting. On setting 1 the car had a wavy feeling on the highway like the rear of the car was independent than the front. I set it on 2, 3, etc.. and it wasn't stiff in the rear until i got the 6th setting and its real stiff. I am hopefully gonna put the fronts on and check it out. Anyone else got them and what settings do you have or prefer.

If you have a drop over 1.5" i usually set the frotn to full stiffness and the rear to full stiffness or 1 down from full stifness .. but you can play with the rear more and see how much comfort you can milk out w/o bottoming out.

i use to have it 4 in front and like 6 in rear.. but after installing energy suspension bushings... mainly the strut mount bushings.. after those.. the ride was rock stiff.. too stiff. so i had to bring it down to 2 and worked my way to 3.. the rear.. u can play around.. but too stiff.. with stock 15s u hear tire noise around turns.. as i made it softer.. grip improve but i could use some ST sway bars... hehe

I got the shocks in and with the rear at 2 and the front on 1 its super stiff those shocks are crazy stiff but you don't bounce over all those imperfections in the road and I have crushed several of my boys in the twisties with newer vehicles. I got all three STB's, energy suspension full kit, and my ST swaybars came here last night. I am gonna put the rear in tonight. keep you guys posted.

ST front and rear are $234 (shiipping free) jcwhitney. I got both on now and it is soooooo insane. The car is stable at 100+. I can drive litterally at 100 with one finger. those swaybars are the best mod i have put on my accord hands down. if you haven't already get the GREDDY cat-back it is the best period! i am gonna take pics soon.

From what I gathered, I thought that our cars only need the rear sway bar and not the front. Its been a while since I heard that so I don't know. Something about if you had front sways, it would make it a little difficult to steer or something like that.:idunno:
