Will an F22B1 Fit in a 1991 accord?

I need to know if a F22B1 (2.2 VTEC) will fit in a 1991 accord, and are there different mount points??

What are the differnces between the F22A1 and the F22B1?

Yes, it will fit without any major mods. Do yourself a favor and buy a 94-95 F22B1 to prevent a wiring nightmare. The motors are pretty much the same with the exception of the VTEC head. Good luck!
