i was reading the new nopi street yesterday and came across an orange prelude that had a nopi chic as it's owner. my first thought was pretty good for a girl, actually it was pretty good for anybody. when i kept reading it said she didn't have a garage or a driveway and nowhere else to install her parts, so she improvised and did stuff like installing her body kit in a do it yourself car wash at midnight, i think that's awesome, it takes alot of dedication to do stuff like that and have the level of car she has. there's alot of tuned cars with simple i/e, body kits spoilers and all that stuff that makes a car go fast look good and sound good, but not all of those cars have owners who put in the shop time or car wash time anyone can take parts to a mechanic but if you don't do it yourself what's the use?

yea I have read the article too, she doesnt have a lot of mods but she payed everything herself, like I do too, and didnt get anything from her parents, same here again, and installed everything, I did too so far. I think there is just more pride when a driver does it themself rather than someone else doing it for them, plus off course you save some $.

I subscribed to NOPI for a year now, its a small magazine but it aint that bad. I subscribed to Honda Tunning couple of weeks ago, didnt get the first issue yet, takes forever.
