no more exhaust system

Sup guys

I few days ago got a ticket for my exhaust (greddy evo exhaust system), Well I forgot to go to court or pay the stupid ticket, now that I call the court they want to charge me $270.00 or if I want to go to court again I have to take it out because she said that that's what they are going to tell me, Well for what I know the Evo system is 50 state Legal but how do I proof that I dont know because it might help me, but I'm so fucking mad about this, for those that live in virginia becarfull when you drive in Reston those Cops are an ASSHOLES!!! that's the only area I get tickets, so let me know what do you think.

yea that sux man, i was told by someone that u could go to their website and print the page that says 50 state legal. someone in portsmouth or somewhere on the southside was telling me this.

some say that you can take it off, take a pic and show the judge that its off, he'll dismiss, and u put it right back on. dont know bout this way tho.

yeah it might be 50 state legal for emission standards, but according to va any moddifications are illegal, but i think they are only a secondary offense, meaning they would of had to pull you over for speeding or something else like that. could be wrong though.
