since my car is jdm, does anyone know if a us obd diagnostic unit will work on it? and i have had a few people tell me its not a "real" obd 2, do any of you know for sure if it is, if it is it should probably work on the us diagnostic mechine. Sub question- how do all you other peeps with jdm engines get your stuff diagnosed if they don't read on the obd units.

turns out it didnt work the us plug doesnt match the one in my car
