ECU Question

I've recently swapped my accord with prelude's tranny. I am using 97 accords manual tranny ECU. I was wondering if i could send out my old ECU from Auto tranny to be reprogramed to work with preludes 5 speed tranny, get the limiter off, and max out the fuel/air curves. Any ideas if it can be done? and who does for cheap?

a nice and easy cheapy is Jet Performance. They will hook you up for about 275, but they won't turn your speed limiters off.
