Help With Tail Lights

I just bought altezza lights for my 97 coupe and got the two lights to work on the trunk, but cant get the tail lights to work. Inside the factory light was a little white box that was bolted to the light, on the new light there is no way to bolt it down and thats why I think they wont light correctly. Is there someway to bolt this to the light and have it work, or is it something totally different that I might have screwed up.

Yah i baught some generation 3 tail lights and when i them in all the lighting was screwed up so i just switched everything around and they work fine.
