i got a 1991 accord,and the paint is really dull without shine. when the car is wet it shines, but after it dries it dull again. i dont know much about cars, so i would probley get it buffed in a body shop.is that what i need. and around how much does it cost.

I would buff it myself but just make sure you don't press down hard or else you will burn through your clear. you can pick up a buffer for about $30-40 depending on the type. But if you do take it to a body shop they might charge you aroung $100. Again depending where you take it. But that will fix you probblem
