did u not put one of the exhaust hangers back on near the cat converter n flexpipe from header? otherwise i'm not sure maybe one of the hangers or rubber hanger mount came loose check the whole exhaust area path also make sure bolts were torqued with proper amount of lbs, hope this helps u out

man i think its da headers dat i bought cuz on my other accord it has alot of clearance or gap from da frame and on dis one it only has like an inch gap or clearance. i just got done tryin to bend it a lil bit wit a hammer n a chissel n i bent it like an inch more but i couldnt get it to bend after dat. u think i can like go to a muffler shop n heat it up n bend it ? would dey even do dat? thanks

I put on a header. The best thing to do once you get it on, is to go driving around like all fucking day. Get all that new shit broke in. If you've been driving all day and it gets nice and hot, your exhaust will sound a lot nicer than it does when you first put it on.
