Would anyone have any info on how to increase displacement on the H22 to H23. I believe it could be done by swapping out some internals from an H23. If that's the case please let me know or point me in the right direction. I have access to an H23 bottom end. Also, how about increasing the compression? Besides bying pistons and such. I heard about installing thinner gaskets on some parts or something. Can anyone verify that? Any info is apprecitated, thanks in advance.

Get some cams, also if you have the H23 block, you can swap the head of an h22 on top of it. You could also bore it out, i think it can go up to 2.4 on the h22 block, also if you get the heads, port and polish it, that would be sweet

yeah.. and if you install a thinner head gasket it will in crease your compression... but dont run and type of boost after you increase your compression or you can say bye bye to your engine... so if you plan on running boost you want to lower your compression or keep it the same at the least... just my thoughts
