ive never seen a straight b pillar brace in the roll cage.. they are usually bent or curved for structural and visual reasons... the only straight across bar ive seen is the c pillar brace

and another thing they forget about pressure points i dont care if your a big guy or not pressure point all the same. i fought lots of styles but they forget a lot of things. just the other day i fought hapkido teacher who was like 6th degree and fought ring and ufc. and i beat him. my legs were too fast for him to grab and i had 2 punches to the neck that would have ended it and a backside kick that was perfectly on his solar plexus. my uncle does all the grappling stuff up there in sacramento. he used to work with royce gracie but he even says there are too many flaws in this technique

shin moo do is traditional korean martial art and it is not here in the states yet. it is very difficult. its a royal martial art i belive and korean guards fought off over 1000 invasions (by american count over 3000 by korean count). korea was forced to create very effective martial arts.

heheh my dads friend is a ex navy seal who taught them the hand to hand combat shit, thats nuts they teach you how to kill people with like two fingers and 1 hit, and the whole knife fighting hehehe, fun to watch sometimes, they like stab eachother and dont even worry about it.
theres the other guy who made up the seal shit Chris Caracci that guys nuts, he has videos you can buy teaching you close quarter combat with shotguns, his training is Japanese Aikido with a lil spin on it ;)
