Can someone tell me why there is such a huge gap in the wheel well, and should I drop it that much?? (aprox. 4in)

First of all, very nice ride. Ok, my guess why the wheel-well is so gapped is cuz it helps the suspension travel freely without rubbing and give clearance when there is load of people in there. And no, you don't have to drop it 4 in to reduce the entire gap. I would say 2in maybe. I don't know the 5th and 6th suspension height difference, so I would suggest a coil-over suspension to get the right height adjustment for your liking for the front and back since the frotn fender is higher, unless there's any 6th generation owners here w/ any suggestions.

I would get the eibach Pro spring kit it lowers your car about 1-1/2 to from stock , provides smooth ride, yet provide great handling. And also you dont need to buy a camber kit, your tires wont ware prematurly, I have them on my car and I love the ride, the handleing, and my tires are waring normaly, I would think twice before going with coil overs, unless you dont mind a stiff ride, and under 2 in, you might want to get a camber kit to correct the camber angle, cause every inch you lower your car the camber angle is affected by 1 degree.
