Price: $135 + Shipping on Ebay
Quality: Welds look really professional. Came with gaskets. Looked same as DC Sports stainless steel headers.
Installation Time: About 1 hour.

I had this OBX header for a while sitting in my basement but I just havent got around to install it. I finally went to my mechanic this last saturday so we could install it. Installation was pretty forward, although make sure you get a O2 sensor extension because I didnt receive one. I used one for DC Sports headers and bought it off optauto.com for $27 shipped.

Gains: Nice torque and horsepower gain between 1500 and 3000 rpm with just normal driving. I wasnt expecting this much and it feels really great. When you really get on the throttle, gain is felt through all rpm and I get up to triple digits a lot faster now.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product. I'm going with turbo in the future and I didnt want to spend a lot of money on something temprorary as headers. This was a great deal and I would recommend it.

If any of you got any questions on this product post it on here.

Im glad you finally got it installed. The Header is probably the best bang for the buck for bolt-ons. The best investment that Ive made on my last Accord. For $200 or less, you can't go wrong w/ the most gains you'll get for that price, especially when waiting on turbo project in the future. Nice.

I was suprised how no one had OBX headers. I kept trying to find a good review or any feedback on them all over the internet but I couldnt find anything for our cars. I'm glad I gave them a try.

My friend has the Obx header on his 94 coupe. Its the ceramic ones. They got a lil' rusty tho' within a year, probably cuz of all the rain in the valley.

I heard the stainless steel ones were of better quality. Did they turn goldish-bronze yet? I had stainless Focuz ones and they turned gold/bronze w/ some purple spots.

Yeah they turned dark gold after few hours of driving and smelled wierd first time driving the car after installation. I guess there were breaking in or something.

Yeah, it would be good to leave the windows down while you drive for like a day or two to air out that burning smell out of the interior. Aren't headers great? My mechanic told me not to put a header on again, cuz he said the Japanese are very smart when it comes to building engines, and everything is made within specs, aftermarket parts weren't meant to be put on, but I think Im gonna rebel and get another one for my current Accord.lol...oh, but the turbo kit down the road, oh well...we'll see. Have fun w/ the extra torque/power.

for 135 bucks u cant beat it. But hope they dont crack at the flanges like the ones do for av6's. Everybody w/ an AV6 that has had OBX headers said they were horrible. Like i said i dont know about the quality of the ones for 4 cyl. Nice investment tho

I'm thinking about installing headers and a cat back exhaust. Is it ok to install the headers while still using the stock cat & exhaust?

Yes, that works fine.

Thanks AccordEX. How complicated was the install? I am still inexperienced, should I just pay for an hour of labor or try to teach myself?

Installation is easy, the thing you have to worry about is braking bolts.
