ABS light came on

it happened a few days ago and its annoying the shit out of me jodienda hijo de puta :damnit: :damnit: :damnit:

so any suggestion on what it could be? the car brakes and function s fine and everything, every mornign i get in my car and start i,t a minite after i started it turns on.Braking function is fine, no complains, then a few days later my CEL comes on so im thinking its throwing codes cuz of the ABS. Im about to put the car on a scanner to see whats up but anny suggestions on what i could check to see if i cant deal with it my self?

the abs module sees a problem with the abs some where, you need to get the code from the car and it will lead you in a direction to help you... it is probably a wheel speed sensor that is bad, but im not gonna guess fix it for you

i had a similar problem with the ABS light...it came on as the car started rolling...the rear right sensor wires were f'd up...

Why bother trying to figure it out? ABS isnt worth the trouble.

But if you still want to fix it, there are two approaches:
1] There probably isnt enough fluid in the ABS reservior, top it off and life will be good, but dont ask me how to fill it.
2] Tear your dash open and pull out the light.

Of course, you could always be like me and open the "Danger High Pressure" valve on the ABS reservior and blow brake fluid everywhere which'll make sure it doesnt work for a long long time.
