A good start is with Cold Air Intake or Exhaust.

I have a '00 'Cord 2dr V6. I have a few visual options but I don't know where to start under the hood.
I was thinking,
1. Cold air intake
2. Turbonator (cheap turbo - $69 / 15-20hp+)
3. Manifold and
4. Catback
I figure that should throw my horsies past 260

P.S. If the housing for my headlamps is black, should I get carbon fiber tail lights or keep the chrome I have on there now??
P.S.S. Auto Tranies suck... I almost lost to a Dodge SRT4... :(

Thanks, Big Rob

All them mods wont get you to 260 hp and you should loose to SRT4 now.

Dont get turbonator thing, its a lie and its crap.

Your best bet for now is Cold Air intake, headers and catback exhaust system. For most power I recommend Comptech supercharger, which comes around 3K, with it then you will be able to beat SRT4 easily.

Most def, comptech superchargers are pretty much the way to go on AV6's. Here's a pic of one below. Just plan on spending mad money for parts. A good header is gonna run you at least $1000, and a credible cat-back dual exhaust is gonna run almost that much as well. And like Muyo said, the supercharger is gonna run around $3000. So you better start mowing some extra lawns my brotha, lol.
