Rear Bushings Help

I got into a fender bender, so an alignment is needed. Since I'm going to get an alignment, I figured it's time to do the rear EX conversion to get rid of the drums for discs. The brakes look pretty straight forward but since I'm going to replace the control arms with the swap, ...I might as well replace the rear bushings (lower and upper control arm poly bushing kits by Prothane).

Anyone with any experience with how to replace the rear bushings? Do I need any special tools? Is it a do it yourself type of project?

i seen it done on a integra and its not hard, they burned out the center portion cuz they needed and metal sleeve and just used lube and pressed in the new one
