?, Has anyone ever tried removing this mount by taking out the driver's driveshaft, oil filter, and then simply pulling it out the bottom?
Thanks,

all i have to say about this mount is you are not going to have fun doing it. i had to have honda do it for me because i didnt have the patience, and i recommend you weld it instead of putting another mount in there.

I had the mount off today, but then realized I couldn't just slide it out. I'm going to keep this car as original as possible, so I won't be doing any welding. I saw a few post about lifting the motor, but I'm trying to avoid that route if possible. I'll have to make a day of it, and do the swaybar bushing, and maybe have the rotors turned at the same time. I was just wondering if anyone has tried this route to get the job done.
