I was wondering if anybody knew the gain that I would get to adding a set of pulley's and a cam gear to my 00 accord. Or if it is even worth it at all.

Its really not worth it those parts are meant to capitalize on other mods. A cam gear doesn't add horsepower it just makes it easier to tune your car for other power adders. Underdrive pulleys just release horsepower, but without any other mods it could actually be depermental to your car. It may not let the alternator create enough drive to create enough power. The whole point is the car is suppose to be performing above stock so the pulleys are spinning a little faster than normal to make up.

I do have some mods to my car. It's not totally stock.
Intake, cat back exhaust, header, high flow cat, and a venom control module. With all of that already done, would
I stand a better chance with those other parts?

Unless your going to get some head work I wouldn't get any cam gears yet. THe pulleys are iffy but I would spend my money on something else. Like some fuel injectors, wires, or Msd.
