hey does anyone know how to get water out of tailights

Are you talking about a bunch of water or just like condensation? I would take them out and either use a heat gun....at a far distance (1.5-2 ft away) to avoid melting any plastic; or just take them out and let them air dry.

take them off your car, pull the bulbs out, stick em a few feet in front of a heater and let dry for a few hours. if its condensation that is, if its water sitting there, pull out bulbs, and pour away.

if they constantly get water in them....try sealin around the edges w/ silicone.....also...iv heard of ppl who werent successful with that drillin a very small hole in the bottom of the light so it will drain out if it collects
