turn signals lights not flashing outside of car and the front dash what could be wrong with this???? Fuse?????

When you flip the control arm to signal, does it make the clicking sound like its working? I would check the fuses if you haven't already.

I would just check all the fuses underneath the driver's side dash and if you see any that are broke, then just replace them. My ex had an older 90's Mercury Sable and her lights weren't working either, including the dome lights. So just out of curiosity, i looked at all the fuses and replaced about 6 of them that were burnt out. After doing that, the blinkers now worked as well as the dome light and some of the dash lighting. It was crazy how we didn't noticed the things that went bad until after I replaced the fuses.
