I've honestly never heard of that particular product before. I'm not sure exactly what it is. It looks like it only has two wires (or at least very few wires) which would make me think it's another one of those resistor mods used for increasing fuel flow which is kinda pointless. The thing that I don't get is that it says "Z1 module optimizes spark curves that maximize an engines horsepower and torque." and then it goes on to say "the Z1 module provides the ultimate in power tuning. Point by point air/fuel, ignition advance, transmission and various other tuning points provide performance gains of up to 20 hp." That makes me say B.S. How the hell do you tune it if it's only got two or 4 wires? It says it's tuneable so how is it tuned? How do you measure and adjust the air/fuel curve? How the hell is it going to modify tranny settings unless it's an auto that unit also happens to be able to modify shifting points and those units usually run well over $100 by themselves, so how is this $25 "plug and play" unit gonna do all of that. I can understand the timing advance cause that's what those resistor mods do, but how the hell is this thing gonna "optimize spark curves"? The stock ECU doesn't even do that and this little thing with it's two wires is gonna do that on top of monitor and adjust air/fuel, modify transmission settings, timing advance, and be tunable. I say it's total B.S just cause a few things don't make sense to me. At the very least, the claimed gains of overquoted. I'm curious if anyone has actually gotten one of these, what they thought, how they "tuned" it, and all the details about how it modifies tranny settings, timing addvance, air/fuel ratio, and optimize spark curves. I don't know of one single TUNABLE unit in existance that is "plug-n-play" like this thing is claiming to be. Every true tuneable unit needs to actually be tuned in order to function at its best and this is supposedly the one magical unit that somehow is plug-n-play, optimizes everything automatically, and cost several hundred less than any other truely tunable unit on the market. That does not make any sense. It might give you a little power from tricking the ECU, but it's definitely not gonna be the magical tuning unit that it claims. For the price, there's no way in hell. Someone buy one and see what it does and let us know the truth about these things.

basicly to shorten up what pat just typed... "bullshit cough cough"... dont wast the money we all know how that shit turn out... put it on it works good for 5 minutes, an then you get to spend the next week installing a new engine... dont be a sucker yo.. you should know better then that one already.. if it sunds to good, then it is too good pass it up... that sounds about as good as a $15.00 MUGEN racing chip... :p

I is no foo. I was still interested, how it does all that and still cost 20 bucks. And I wanted Pat to get riled-up a bit. hehehe No honestly, I just did not get it, so I ask Pat and he does not shit around, gets the job done.

i liek to read all the complaits and i feel those are a better judge then the praises. cuz i feel people put shit on ebay and buy it with another name and they just leave a positve feed back for them selves
