What can i do to my 03 accord to make it faster with out voiding the warrinty. it's got the 2.4 doch I-vtec

I don't know about where you got your car at but my dealer is really cool about mods. Some people refer to a court case years back that says that a warranty can't be voided or this that or the other unless the aftermarket part added directly was the cause of the defect. If you wan't a quick fix without a whole lot of warranty woes I would start off with a cold air intake. Easy DIY install for most and a great mod to start off. Then a cat-back exhaust system or springs wouldn't be a bad idea. Check out hardtopguy.com. Honda has some factory performance parts, E.G. suspension system and the OE aero system that can be installed by your honda mechanic. Being honda parts they won't mess up your warranty.
