i think u would have to splice the wires that light up when the headlights are on then prolly have to use a different bulb harness because u would have to use a multi-function bulb so that turn signal/brake light would also function it can be done i'm sure with a lil trial and error

i wanna say that if you run the blinker wire to one of the outlets an you splice a wire into the brake light that it would work, stay on but not get brighter as a brake just stays on an blinks with blinker... but not positive on it... let me talk to someone that did it an ill post back to you....

i had mine set up like that a while back...when i had jag styles...heres what i did....
-went to the junkyard and got 2 bulb sockets from a stock accord...(the housing that holds a dual filament bulb)(1 for each side)
-then spliced the brake light signal wire, parking light and turn sigal light into the outside housing
...ill need to look a little closer and see if i can figure out which ones i spliced...cuz it was like over a year ago....but ill see what i can find
i tried another way which was using relays(supposedly the safer way) but it sped up my blinkers after any way i wired it....when i had it wired as above....everything worked fine...never had a problem

sorry, ill try tomorrow...it was cold and i went drinkin tonite so i didnt get a chance......the dash was a BITCH.....basically take out the whollle underside....everything....and theres a few bolts that hold the upper dash in.....thennnn....you have to deal w/ the entire wiring harness that is ran through it....and the main bitch...is running the wiring harness back in the same spot it was when u took it out....it is a paainnn in the assss.....i really really like how it turned out....but honestly...after i got done dying and painting everything...i left it sit for a day ro two longer cuz i didnt feel like touching another interior part in my car :)
again...ill get back to you w/ that wiring answer soon

sorry this has taken forever to get back to ya....but its been cold as hell and snowing so i didnt honestly feel like it:)...but anyway....here are the wires i tapped into...
green/yellow - turn signal light
red/black - power/parking light
black - ground
now i used a 3 wire socket that used the same bulb as was already used by the oem brake light...i forget what kind....but then i cut a little out of the back of the light itself for the new socket to fit....then wired the new socket up...if you buy a socket from autozone or something like that....more than likely the wires on it will be red, black, and some other color...it wires just as you would think....red/black->red.......black->black.....and green/yellow->other color on socket
if you have any questions...feel free
