Clear Coat Issues

Have any of you had this issue with clear coat...It seems to dry real quick and then its hazy rather than clear. First time its happened with this can all the other stuff came out fine and its being sprayed on the same type of plastic. This is being done on my turns over the tint spray.

could be the spray is reacting with the clear coat, the spray tint probably isn't of hte utmost quality, i mean..its window tint in a spray can...i cant complain cuz i used it too :)

i'm not sure how to fix this, i know theres a way to but it might involve special paints? i dunno sorry.

its because the clearcoat is softening up the tint spray and the two are "melting" into each other, lay down a coat of tint spray let it dry lay down another coat dont let it fully dry, then clear it before the tint dries it will look better

Thanx guys that helped. Its the strangest thing because I have never had this problem but I guess nothing can always be perfect. I resprayed lastnight and now theres perfect clear patches and then hazy patches lol. I cant win! Im going to go buy more tint spray and try that last method of mixing them. Any other similiar solutions to the same problem is welcome.
