I have speakers to replace my old factory 6 1/2" but when i went to take out the factory ones, there was one screw that was impossible to get to. It is tucked in under the door and theres only about an inch of working rooml. I was want to know if there's an easy way to get it out and put it back in without killing my door panals.
Thanks.
Later.

have to take your door panel off. Screw behind the handle for your door and in the little cup holder. Then Pop some of the gromets off and disconnect the harness pull whole thing upward. Tada your door panel is off. It helped to roll down your window before putting it back on. you need to dissconnect the tension wire from your handle too. Its not hard. Just twist the white thing and pull up. Let me know if you have any other questions. There actually 5 1/2or 1/4. Because I had to bore out a bigger whole from my 6 1/2's up front. Maybe my Bostons were just too good. Actually they might be 6 1/2's then just clip the wires and take out the 4 screws. Let me know how it goes.

if that doesnt work....at sears there is a little sideways screwdriver...has an "L" shape to it....but its ratcheting...its about 3inches long and thats what i used my 1st time changing the fronts out...pretty much u have to pull the door panel away as much as u can...or shove something in there to keep it pushed out and use that lil screwdriver to get it out....that lil screwdriver comes in handy sometimes

i did the bent screwdrver, only the one i had diddnt ratchet. u can also use a phillips tip like out of an electric screwdriver in a 5/16 socket or tape it in a wrench. i never put that screw back in... just went with the 2.... no probs.
