mystery body kit

I need to figure out what kind of body kit this is.

After lookin around for a while it looks to me like a BOMEX or a MUGEN. I did find this picture in the JDM gallary though so it might be something completely different. Help would be appreciated.

that is a lip kit, the bomex is a full front bumper. mugen made a lip, but it has 2 ports near the middle of the lip. unless the picture is at a wierd angle, i don't think its a mugen lip
