Lately i have been see these cars around some of them with CF hoods and what not some of them sound mean as fock but im just wondering are these things fast or have potential to be fast. To me they look kinda big.

they all have a 1.8L I4 I believe, and the top model XRS only produces 180hp and 130TQ, so pretty much uses the Celica GTS motor I think. Weight ranges from 2800lbs to 2965lbs, also some have a 4WD. I dont think nothing to be afraid of if you ask me.

yeah, they're not fast at all....my friend smoked one i believe the 180hp one, a while back when i was in the car too and he has a 94 coupe lx with all the bolt-ons and for some sick reason his accord still has a lot of torque....the most it could do is give us "hard-rubs" or put up little fight but not beat us....

The Matrix XRS and the Corolla XRS has the same Celica GTS motor. You guys don't have anything to be afraid of. But the Corolla XRS and Matrix XRS is pretty quick in mid range and High rpms. Same with the Matrix but it is heaver.

The Pontiac Vibe is the same damn car with American badging to boot. Extra incentive to pick on them. To me its Toyota's and GM's answer to the PT Cruiser. Honda has the Fit which was featured in one of the recent Honda Tuning mags. Apparently the world wants a car with the feel of a SUV.

they're all homosexual, pardon if there are any homosexual people here, but that vvt-i is a bullshit rip off of vtec, they tacked intelligence onto the end of variable valve timing and called it there own, i love supras old celicas and mr2's but toyota has become well, really fu#ked up

I love Honda as well as toyota... Supra 6th gen Celica, MR2's everything... when having the option between an 01 honda accord and a camry...... the Honda Takes it no doubt... the toyota makes me yawn too mutch. But they will be bringin the supra back (under a different name) in 07 along with a V-10 super car

The best car I think Toyota has ever made was a 1985 GTS Corolla/Trueno/Hibachroku. The Drift king.

I wonder how many G35 owners are going to kick themselves in the ass when they realize if they'd waited a couple of years they could have 2 turbo's under the hood and AWD and still have a warranty.

$125k???damn, it better have at least 600hp....lol...The Supra is the only Toyota i would ever consider buying...i still don't know about the 200hp Supercharged Scion TC....my sister's boyfriend was thinking about getting it, but its small and weighs only 100lbs less than my car, which isn't saying much..
