so i'm on my way home, 4 lane road, kinda medium traffic. 40mph road k. so i'm going along, 50mph when i can, kinda weaving my way through traffic. well the white integra, i think around 95-97, idk teg years well, hops on my ass. i'm like, whatver man i'm in traffic i could care less. well i gotta take the next right at the light to go home which goes up a huge hill, 4 lane road and its 40mph up that too. k so i merge over to right lane, make my turn, whats this? the teg follows me, right on my ass. well traffic had lightened up cuz not many people turned here. so what do i do? of course, i drop down to d3 and hit it. sri blasts and i take off. he does the same and gets into the lane next to me, he starts catching up at about 45, so far i've been ahead by a car length to two. k so my auto shifts and wham i start pulling on him at 60. we keep on bawling uphill and we get up to 70 and he's starting to drop back a bit more, about two cars now. we hit 80, 85 and he's about sticking where he is. ok well this brand spanking new TL is coming down the hill, oncoming traffic ya know. so i notice him turn his HID's on then off, then on again, then they flip off again and stay off. i'm like SHIT and lay on my brakes, almost skidding down to 40mph. the teg flies past me hardcore. well the top of this hill we were comin to is a somewhat blind corner cuz of how long it is and theres a crossing at the very top and a motorcycle cop was on the intersection side with his radar gun sitting out hitting cars coming uphill. but what was coming uphill? me at 40mph and this teg running 80! he hits the top earlier than me obviously but as i come up i see the cop busting out on his bike and takes the teg down. fawk man thats gotta be one expensive ticket, 80mph in a 40mph zone. hahaha i was so damn glad that TL flashed his lights at me. otherwise i woulda been screwed and it woulda come down to who could get ahead of the other, the teg or me, the loser getting a huge freaking ticket.

i consider myself not only victorious, but smarter. why, because i was paying attention to what was going on around me and got out of a huge effing ticket. lol that was a good drive home from there.

Yes you were, victorious and smarter. I believe that technically anything double the speed limit and its involuntary manslaughter. I know thats what it use to be here anyway. Congrats.

the guy in teg should've braked when u braked....i can't stand it when u got somebody by a good margin and then brake to say it's over and the other person does not let go of the gas and zooms past u and claims he won...wtf.....anyways, good win....and good looking out....over hea in hawaii is an automatic i think its like 25 or 30 dollars minimum fine plus $5 for every mph over the speed limit...yikes!!!! that wuld be at least $225 for this speeding ticket.... :dammn:

Speaking of integras I was coming home from my girls home last night and jump on the high way to get home and before you get on the actual highway there is a stop light well i just happened to be sitting next to a integra about 96-97 and well he has a body kit and no exhaust no stock nothing under there cause it was loud well he started reving to me and i figure what the hell it looks like shit with its mismatching body kit. the light turns green and off we go i have him by two cars and then three and then i am holding him about3 car length just about to hit a hundred in 4th and still no sign of him well just as i about to back down i here him coming up so i kept it going at about 110 he just blows by me like i was standing still and i was like wtf just happened and i tried to catch up but he just kept going so i went home in sadness and wondering what the wft went wrong :(

simple he was lossing an i bet he was using laughing gas... that is why he went blowing by you....

an in following up on the tegys blowing past all of you after you started breaking, well that is simple.. typical ricer fly-by...... :hmm: ill never understand that stratagy they lost so they wanna fly past with the hazards on or rev as they blow past you.. i dont get it.. they clearly lost.. or are they acknoliging the fact that they lost to an accord an are trying to leave the seen as soon as there little imberased asses can......lol....

Before when I used to race Fumb ducks, if I won and I threw on the flashers...and I could see that they were gonna try to do the racer fly-by, then i would just swerve into their lane and cut them off royaly. That usually does the trick and you can watch from your rear view mirror their whole front end dump into the ground as they are slammin on their brakes. Worse case scenario is they rear end you, that way they have wrecked their car and you get paid as well. Geez, some people just need to realize when they have been conquered.

I talked with a couple of the local "homeboys" out here, and they feel that they always win their races because the people they race always chicken out and hit the brakes because they dont want to be pulled over. So... I guess the fly-by is a way of saying "I've got the money and I dont care how many points are on my license because me and my one-incher just made up that seventeen car gap and you'll never see me again. And all my friends are gonna hear about how I totally ripped on you in a stock yugo."

i already had the guy beat so w/e. 80 in a 40 and being flashed by oncoming traffic, hell yeah i'm gonna brake. sorry but i dont have money for the insurance or the ticket. i won anyways so the teg just got shafted twice as bad

back when i was 19 and hadn't gotten into the acadamy yet, i had a restored '69 camero which... sadly... i sold :saad:
anyways i would never pass up a chance to race someone out on the freeway. you wouldnt BELIEVE how many people with tuned up imports wanted to race me. They always want to see if their beefed up I-4 could match a stock V-8.
My favorite memory was when someone in a pretty nice lookin nissan 240sx pulled up next to me at a stoplight flashin a "lets go" sign. It was 1AM, deserted road, no one else around. So i rev my engine in acceptance of his challenge. light turns green, he catches me off the line cause i popped the clutch at a waay to high RPM, my tires spun like a mother fucker. I get going and im about 1 car length behind him... as we hit about 50, 55, 60 his car stats to loose its torque power band and all he has left his horsepower. Having a V-8 with a redline around 5000, i basically never leave my torque power range, I'm in third around 60 and decide "fuck i can do this in second" so i shift back down, tires spin, squeek a little, then gain their traction. I pull up next to him in less than a second and shift back into third, we are getting up to about 90 and hes not getting anywhere and i'm consistantly pulling away from him. By the time we hit 100 I'm a good 4-5 lengths ahead. I tap my brakes just enough to make the back lights flick on and off. I start to slow down and i look in my rear-view mirror to see what happened too him. Not only did he do a ricer fly-by... he fuckin hit the E-brake and did a 180 and went the opposite direction!! LMAO! ahh if i saw that nowadays i'd have to pull myself over, but damn i look back on that and laugh my fuckin head off

yea trying to fly with others is great unless your driving your accord lol against a bpu+++ supra and 350z plus a few other turbod cars pushing 140+ and they just fade away lol
