93 accord 1/4 mile time

My 93 Honda Accord SE ran a 17.3 sec 1/4 mile with a ractive header, intake, and obx full catback exhaust. What can i do to make it faster that isnt to expensive ?

cam gears.. better plugs, wires... there are abou a million things you can do... whats the budget you want to stay under?
