I know I'm a newbie and everything but I've been wondering if it would be worth it to drop an H22A in my 1990 Accord EX?

I say, if your car is in good condition, you have lots of time on your hands, and you know someone who can do it good. Go for it. Might as well put in a performance clutch while your at it.

It's a matter of opinion, but if you like the car and plan on keeping it for a while, then yes it is worth it.

this is on of the things that is up to you. The H22 will give you considerable power increases. It will cost you a bundle, but most of the people who get them are very happy wit them. If your going to keep this car for a long time... WHAT are you going to do with it? Is it a speed car or a daily driver/commuter? The h22 doesn't get as good of fuel economy as the F22 so if thats your priority stay stock engine. Its all a matter of what your trying to achieve.
